These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bike Shop Balev on onse side and users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the site. These conditions are binding on all users. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of the site (except for the link to these General Terms) the user agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms.

Data confidentiality In order to purchase a product from www.bikeshopbalev.com , it is necessary to be either a registered user or to enter your data once for the specific order. Registration is done by entering correct, complete and accurate information in the registration form.
As a registered user, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as personal information in your account (including address, telephone number, information regarding your electronic payments, email address and authorized persons to accept your orders).
Only you can authorize third parties to use your username and password at www.bikeshopbalev.com.
You are fully responsible for all actions performed through your username and password at www.bikeshopbalev.com.
In case of any suspicion of misuse of your username and password or danger of such, please immediately inform the team of www.bikeshopbalev.com.
The personal datathat Bike Shop Balev receives when filling out the application form will be used only for customer service - receiving and executing orders, providing information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. Bike Shop Balev guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above.
The user profile of a specific user can be deleted from the company's database, together with the data attached to it at any time if desired by the user.
Price of the order
The indicated price of the individual goods is for 1 piece including VAT. The prices are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) and are final.
The value of the delivery is not included in the indicated price of the products and is determined according to the value of the ordered products and the chosen method of delivery.
All prices are not subject to change from the moment of ordering to the moment of payment.
Price change
Bike Shop Balev has the right to change the prices of the products offered on the site without prior notice to users. Each customer of the online store is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract, according to these general conditions. The prices announced on the site are valid until the quantities are sold out.
Terms of order and payment
The products you choose appear in your cart. You can change the quantity of products, add or subtract products.
At any time in your cart you can see all the products you have chosen, their price and their total amount.
Step 1 - Delivery information
To place an order, you need to log in with your username and password (if you are a registered user) or enter your data once.
Provide the name of the recipient and the exact delivery address - this can be the address you gave when registering, or another address from your address book.
Note: When specifying a delivery address, make sure that you or another person authorized to accept it will be at that address within the business day on which the goods are delivered.
Step 2 - Payment information
In the cart you can see the price of your chosen products, the delivery price and the final amount you have to pay.
Possible payment methods are:
- cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon delivery);
If you have instructions and comments on the order, you can write them in the appropriate field.
If you want to be issued an invoice, fill in the data in the Comment field. The invoice will be sent together with the goods ordered by you.
Step 3 - Confirm order
Here you can see all the information about your order, check it and edit it.
Note: Carefully check the contents of your cart, payment and delivery information and order instructions (if specified).
If you need to make amendments, be sure to make them in this step.
Once you click the "confirm order" button, your order will be accepted and you will not be able to make any more changes.
After finalizing your order, you will receive an email with all the information about the order at the e-mail address you provided during registration.
If clarifications are needed for the terms or the delivery address, our operator will contact you by phone.
Note: Specifying incomplete or incorrect data in the customer's profile makes the order invalid and it does not bind www.bikeshopbalev.com with execution.
Delivery time
After confirmation of your request by us by phone or e-mail, you will receive the ordered products at the address specified by you or upon request (at the request of the client) within three to five working days.
Problems with the execution of the order
The execution of your order may be hindered for any of the following reasons:
- One or all of the ordered goods are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
- When performing the courier service you have requested. In this case, Bike Shop Balev team is committed to helping solve the problem.
- The user has specified an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Lack of telephone contact with the customer.
In the event of problems with delivery due to our fault, all additional costs are at our expense. In all other cases, the subsequent sending of the shipment will be at your expense.
Complaint
The consumer has the right to make a complaint in case of defects of the product, shortages, non-compliance with the selected product. Complaints about the product are accepted on the day of receipt. The return of the advertised goods is made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. For this purpose the subject of the transaction must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the CPA.
